Registration for the 6th Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Congress has started

Starting February 23rd, registration for the 6th Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Congress will open on March 23rd and 24th, 2022. Participants will be able to participate free of charge via a dedicated online platform. This year's theme is "Financial Education – A Shared Responsibility for Current and Future Generations." .
The event, which has been a place for inter-community discussion, exchange of experiences and establishing cooperation within educational activities in the field of finance, cybersecurity and entrepreneurship, will be attended by representatives of public institutions, local governments, the financial sector, non-governmental organizations, schools, universities and the media.
During the plenary session, which will take place on March 23rd, invited representatives of key patronage institutions and Congress guest Chiara Monticone, Senior Policy Analyst at the OECD, will speak. There will also be debates focusing on education – crucial for informed navigation in the banking and capital markets. The plenary session will also include the presentation of awards to institutions and individuals most committed to implementing activities in sectoral educational programs. Open Educational Activities will also take place that day: a nationwide math lesson for students and a debate inspired by the report "Digital Financial Services and Seniors." .
The second day of the Congress will open with a debate on the recommendations and conclusions drawn from the "Level of Financial Knowledge of Poles 2022" survey, after which participants will engage in panel discussions. These sessions will cover topics such as financial education for children and youth, digital education and literacy, and capital market activity. A nationwide lecture for students will be held as part of the Open Educational Activities program. .
The Congress will be held as part of European Money Week under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Science. The event is held under the institutional patronage of the Polish Bank Association, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and the Conference of Rectors of Economic Universities. The supporting partner is the Santander Bank Polska Foundation, and the technological partner is the Centre for Banking Law and Information. The event is organized by the Warsaw Institute of Banking and the WSE Foundation.
Participation in the Congress is free. Registration for the Financial Education and Entrepreneurship Congress is open until March 21st.
