WIB and its partners in the "Security in Cyberspace" educational project invite students to participate in the nationwide Cyber Geniusz Student 2024 knowledge test. This year's test is organized as part of European Cybersecurity Month and will last until the end of October.
The Cyber Genius Student knowledge test began on October 11th. It must be completed online on the Testportal platform – so you can take the test on your chosen day and time, up to October 31, 2024 (11:00 PM). Students who take the test will have the opportunity to test their cybersecurity knowledge and also compete for prizes awarded to the final three Cyber Geniuses!
The knowledge test consists of 30 questions of varying difficulty. Each question has four closed-ended answers to choose from – only one is correct! Participants have a maximum of 30 seconds to answer each question correctly – so the test will take no longer than 15 minutes.
Before starting the test, participants must register. On the website https://cyber.wib.edu.pl/test-wiedzy/, click the TEST tab, which will take them to the registration form on the Testportal platform. Only after completing the form with contact information can they proceed to taking the test.
The test is a competition – the winner and the 2nd and 3rd place winners will be rewarded for their knowledge and speed of solving the test.
The prizes are:
1st place: PLN 2,000
2nd place: PLN 1,500
3rd place: PLN 1,000

You can prepare for the Cyber Genius Student test with the WIB online course "Security in Cyberspace." The course is publicly available, available via e-learning, and is accessible via free registration on the Navoica online platform. Participants will acquire knowledge they can use during the test, including the safe use of the internet, IT devices, applications and systems, online and mobile banking, payment cards, and online identity protection. The Cyber Geniusz Student knowledge test and the "Security in Cyberspace" course are carried out as part of the WIB educational project "Security in Cyberspace" in cooperation with Partners, i.e. the substantive NASK and the supporting ones: Allegro, BLIK, DAGMA IT Security, ESET, ING Bank Śląski, Santander Bank Polska, Visa and the NOVUM IT Services Plant.
Additionally, as part of the educational campaign for the Ministry of Digital Affairs entitled "@ktywnie w sieci", a dedicated thematic module was created with questions on: safe use of e-government tools, mObywatel functionality (including blocking PESEL numbers), counteracting disinformation and protecting the image online.
