On January 26 this year, the first meeting of the Program Council of the 6th Financial Education Congress took place.
and Entrepreneurship, the aim of which was to discuss and adopt the substantive assumptions of the above-mentioned event.
The meeting was held via videoconference. The Council included representatives from the financial sector, universities, non-governmental organizations, and the media.
The meeting was opened by representatives of the Management Boards of the main organizers of the event, i.e. the Warsaw Institute of Banking Foundation – Waldemar Zbytek and Michał Polak, and the GPW Foundation – Piotr Krygiel and Alina Bączar-Bednorz.
During the meeting, key information regarding this year's Congress was presented: the theme "Financial Education – a Common Responsibility for Current and Future Generations," the date, March 23-24, 2022, and the event program, which covered five thematic areas: the economy and financial education, society, public institutions, the market, and the relationship between public institutions and the market. Council members submitted their recommendations and positively reviewed the program documents.
